I have created a database application and shared it with another zoho user.  When the other user logs in they can see the shared application but when they click on it it says "you are logged in as xxusernamexx please login as a different user to see this application?

I've tried lots of different things including adding sharing it as a user/developer, deleting share and re-sharing, sharing with another email address and getting the shared person to add that in as a user but always the same error message.

Are we doing something obvious wrong or could there be an issue?
