Problem w/ Permalinking a form directly in Sharepoint

Hello,
I want my form to show up on my Sharepoint page. Under the forms 'More Actions' drop down I selected 'PermalinkMy Form' and disabled private link for this form.

In my Sharepoint web part I added the permalink http address to display the form.
In Sharepoint it displays the correct permalink in the address bar but the page displays:

You are trying to access a private form in Zoho Creator.
Click here to Sign in and see the form

How do I get it to display the page directly, bypassing the login

Also, when I disable a private link, who now is entitled to that form as I assume it has changed the form to public
