Problem While Sending email using deluge script

hi..!!
after upgrading ZC3 the look is fantastic, but i have only one problem in my application, i make a script on success it send an email of particulars fields in that one of field is lookup field which fetch the data from another form.

In Data sheet (View Form) it show correct, but in email the value of the same field is different(it's not the value which i have select ), i don't know why it's happening.

Note: few entry come correctly via email.

is there any issue with lookup field
