Problem with embedded form of a private application

I have the same problem with my private application as described in other topic. Some how, my reply is not getting updated in that topic.. so creating new topic..

The database is getting updated but script is not executing if i am not logged in to zoho creator.

I have already shared it to support at zohocreator dot com
My website with embedded form www.madhubabu.com/new/contact.php
