[Product update] Updated Data Synchronization Process for QuickBooks - Zoho Analytics Integration.

Dear QuickBooks integration users,

We’re making an important update in the way data is currently synced in your QuickBooks integration within Analytics workspace.

What’s changing:  Previously, with every data synchronization, Zoho Analytics used to fetch 10 years of historical data from QuickBooks system for cash transactions and accrual transactions module. This resulted in fetching a large volume of unmodified data with every sync. Going forward, only the last 3 months of data will be fetched during regular syncs for cash and accrual transactions. For the rest of the modules, sync will happen only if a change is identified in the data. Full data synchronization of QuickBooks data will happen during the initial integration.

Why this change: This update helps us optimize the performance and ensures faster, more efficient data synchronization in your Zoho Analytics account. It also reduces unnecessary load on your QuickBooks system by reducing the number of API calls and improves the data handling within Zoho Analytics.

If you require a complete data sync beyond the last 3 months, please reach out to our support team at support@analytics.com. We would be happy to assist you with full sync on request.
