Public Apps & Free Edition

I have a Financial products database that is a public app and I hv embedded it ony my website at http://personalfinance201.com/external/financial-products.html

I use a individual free edition. Is it ok? Should there be any copyright issues with the content of the database from AdventNet?

Can I describe it as an open source database?
