QR Code to Create/Edit/View Forms

I conduct agricultural field trials and each test has a sign - that I intent to codify with QR codes.

I have a record of each trial and every week we have to update information.

I would like to use QR codes to do the following:

1. View records.

2. Edit records.

3. Create new records.
