Question

How can I adust the layout of the Forms so that when I embedd the script in a website the width changes. Also the length of the fields on the Forms need to be adjusted, eg., the State (Arizona, ie, AZ) should only be 2 characters long. Lastly, why are there 2 sections on the Creator form screen where the fields are place. Thank you.
