question about assigning number value to a checkbox

Hi,

I was wondering if you can assign a number value to a checkbox option. My goal is to have a customer check off what services they'd like, and then have the cost totaled. If possible, I'd like not to show the price in the form. Refer to the application link below, my ultimate goal is this.

A customer signed up for service. (√ done)
I assigned a employee to the service and they are e-mailed (√ done)
Have the customers service options be given a price value, added, and included in the view only.
Do a calculation so I know how much the total cost the company would make off the services chosen, and then subtrack how much an employee would make. For example, the customers chooses morning visit, say thats $50 dollars. I want to be able to view that the company made $50 dollars, and we payed an employee $25 for a morning visit, so the employee got $25.

I know its a complicated procedure, can it be done?
