question on uploading on master detail form

question on uploading on master detail form

I have a simple form and I am wondering how I can bulk load it. The form has two fields - country and region. Country is a linked field to another form.

How can I bulk load it, as I only see that option when I am creating the form - which I have already done. The country "table" has already been populated.
