Questions about users and shared elements

Hi

We have a professional plan with some users. When an added user log in a shared app, he has a message like "you are in free edition, we have special offer for you etc" : if he is included in my plan, why those messages ? If he creates its own app, what are the limits : the limits of my plan, or is he considered as a new (and unknown) "free" user ?

Just another idea/suggestion about my users : when they go to their home page, they just see the (my) shared app. Is there a way to also display the views / forms shared with him, as a dashboard ? And (why not) be able to rearrange those elements as he wants ?

And at least ; Google App integration is great and we will use it. Thanks for your great job !
