Quotes: Quote Owner email and phone to autopopulate

Hello

I'm creating a quote and want the quote owner field to auto populate like it does with Contact name field. It works with Account Name when I choose the Contact Name, it then automatically populates with their Contact Name and Phone Number.

${Quotes.Account Name}
${Quotes.Contact Name}
${Contacts.Email}
${Contacts.Phone}

But I would like the same to happen when when I choose the Quote Owner. I would like for their email address and phone number to automatically populate as well.

Anyone know how to do this? Under Quotes, it lists Quote Owner, but not Quote Owner Email or Phone like under Contacts.
