Reading emails on Canvas: next and previous button do not work
We use all of our modules with Canvas and when we try to see all emails between a record and our company, we can only see the first page. The button to next and previous pages of emails do not work.
When we switch to the standard view (not canvas), it works fine, but it's really annoying to switch all the time.
This problem happened before and Zoho CRM fixed soon after, but now this bug have been there for months and nothing has been done. I have already raised this problem with Zoho Support and they said they'd be working on it, but it has now been weeks and nothing has been fixed.
Anyone can help, please?
