Hello Everyone.

I setup a webform that assign the lead to a specific set of user in that area.

This is a basic functionality of ZOHO CRM, in lead assignment.

What i need is to setup an automation like:
If the lead as not been modified in the first 24 hours (it means the current owner didn't call the lead yet) then reassign to another owner.
The new owner can not be the current one.

Is there any way i can implement in zoho crm?
