For some reason, the record count is being doubled. When I try to add a new record, I get the following message:

Usage limit reached. Your limit is 1000. Your current count is 1788. Please purchase Add ons or delete some records.

However, I have only half that many users. I searched the forums and didn't find a similar problem.
