Record Fetching question

Hello, I have tried looking at examples \ videos etc... I am just still not getting on how to accomplish what i am trying to do

Maybe someone can be kind enough to set me in the right direction.

My Example:

I have a form with products and price, I have another form which fetches my products - this part I got working now my problem is that i want to also pull price onto the same form based on what product was selected. I know this has to be simple... i just don't understand what I am missing.
