Record Limit Reached - Innacurate Count

Record Limit Reached - Innacurate Count

I have a custom plan that includes a million records, i received an email stating that i had reached my limit, i have added all the records in my applications and they do not add up to 1.4 million which is what my limit screen shows as being used. I tried calling support and sales and got a voicemail on both, can someone please explain to me what is happening here?
