Record Summary format is modified when printing and downloading as pdf

Hello, I have a record summary design but when I try to download or print one in the report page, the format is changed and it looks very different from the original design, I need it to be exact the same format. I attach the original design and how it moves when I try to print it

Note: It is duplicated because I need two copies in the same sheet
