In our Lead conversion multiple Potentials can be required, we have a Custom Function to create as many Potentials as needed. The problem is that those potentials fail to get into their Blueprints to manage the Stages. Users have to edit and save in order to get each Potential into the Blueprint and during that 1st edition any Stage can be picked up. We have workflows trying to prevent this behavior, still it's a basic functionality that must be fixed asap.
