Redirect after paypal payment not working

I created a form for donations and after the payment goes through I want PayPal to redirect back to our website. I'm not sure what's going wrong, but after the PayPal payment is made it gets hung up on the redirection back and just sits on that screen. I've thought I had it set up correctly, but perhaps not.

I also have an email that is automatically sent on success and that works fine.
