registration form

hello...good morning(follow by malaysian time :],hehe ) anyway ive a small problem here.. yesterday im doing a simple registration form but when i put on my blog... the program asked for user name and password(public view)... and i already set that registration form as public(from setting)... but the msg displayed "Your request for Public Access is pending" n i not yet receive any comfimation thru my email. i just need to know, is that the right way for what im doing? becoz ive no idea bout this... this is my blog url http://sportsdna.blogspot.com/p/agent-registration.html
