reliability

Dear ZOHO team:

I have serious concerns of the reliability of Zoho creator. I am using it recently to enetr some data. this is quite difficult task I found as Zoho does not respond regularly and keeps showing the 'loading' sign with no real update of the database. I wonder if this has been addressed before and if there is any solution to increase the productivity.
