repeated issue list

Hi

I am working in a masterdata team where we use creator to register and log all changes.

Process description:
The SAP users send their requests through Zoho, but at the moment I have only made it possible to the users to write their requests in a desprition field.

I Think it would be nice to have a repeatable table like they have it in Microsoft infopath(look at the samples they have on their web).

This will give us the oppurtunity to have several "new item" request in one task(in a very frindly way).

I need to find a solution to this issue, and I would certainly like to use Zoho instead of infopath. To your info, the table just need to consists of text field.(work as attachment to the request). There is no need for seach possibility.
