Is the report limitation of 2 based on the Zoho user or the specific application being generated?

 

I.E. Can I have 2 reports per each of my 3 apps; or am I limited to 2 reports total for all 3 apps combined?

 

I am using the Free Edition right now, as I determine what level is best for each of the two non-profits I work with.
