Hi,

I have a simple CHART report that show the breakdown of data based on a status column (drop down list) but somehow it does not pick up all data. For example in total we have 78 entries but the report only shows 75 entries.

Also when we change the status of the entry and run the report, the status change is not reflected in the report (I have confirmed this by checking the underlying data)

Shouldn't REPORT looking at live/actual data? Or is this problem only happened to our account?

Can someone from Zoho support check this for us?
