I´m building a report summary to export as PDF. I had set up the page size as A4 and enabled the header and footer. But when the pdf is exported, instead of puting the header and footer on every page, it just puts the header at the beginning of the first page and the footer at the end of the last page...

How can i make them to apear as header and footer of every page???
