Can someone help me please i want to post a lookup box on my website..

 

I have to columns in a spreadsheet, named Products and then Available,

I want to post a simple code on my site via Creator wereby my clients can lookup eg (type in the product code) and then it just view me the availibility of the product underneath when they click on eg,. search product?

 

Please help me
