Reports interaction for users

Hello,

I have created a chart report and I have shared it with a user.

The user could access the report but could not interact with it. I'll explain what I mean.

When I put the mouse over a bar a tooltip appears that says "Click to see the data". If a click it I get the records related to that bar.

The problem is that the user doesn't get the tooltip and could not get the records although I have shared the report with him.
