Request to hide the data in the Creator when the form is pub

Request to hide the data in the Creator when the form is pub

Greetings,
I created my feedback and subscribe to a class form and made it public. I then saw that the data entered is viewable including email. I have set the email address to hide. Either

1) what do I need to do so that when the form is public the data is not viewable by all
2) or at least email address.

Please let me know if you need more information.
