Reset Button problems

Greetings and as always, thanks for a great app...

I have tested the following problem and it seems to be happening in both my application and a sample application.

When one attempts to Add a record from a view, the reset button on the add record form is not functioning properly in IE 7. When you press it, it does indeed reset the fields, but when you close the Add Record popup window the application is now locked up and you have to refresh the page. Oddly, it also puts a small grey stripe at the top of the screen.

I have not tested this in firefox, but clearly this is a serious issue for endusers. I wanted to just replace the reset button with a cancel button, but when I edited the reset button in the form that didn't work either.
