after hours of trying to call a request from vb.net or c# to upload a file i'm giving up and need you're help.

Who has a working sample of code to call the rest api from creator out of vb.net or c#? the image is the Postman which does work, but every line of code (webrequest, httprequest, restsharp etc.etc.) gives me an 403 error... any clues?
