Ringcentral/ telephony and cRM
Sometimes the telephony pop up box will not close. Yes i know use the end call button. We have it id not working on that call. Reload nope. Close Zoho and relog in. Nope.
As you can imagine this pop up open across all the apps is a pain. I tried contacting last week but their chat system
was not working. I guess COVID is decimating India. Sorry.
Could i ask that instead of giving answers via email or online chat it would be nice to share the solutions back on this forum or what is the point.
