I would like to be able to roll up my sub accounts to a master account.  The example given:   https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/custom-functions.html#Business_Scenario1  does not actually work as I have tried it as described to "learn" how it is done.

What i would like to do is simple:  if Parent account = "x" then update custom field with value.  the action is on create or edit as well which should trigger the summerization.

Can anyone from Zoho or the forum assist?
