Run reports using key words
I would like to run a report using a key word to show all activity regarding this key word (brand) for the past month. How do I do this? I use Zoho as a rep for 6 different brands (which would be my key words), and I bcc emails from accounts/contact to Zoho per brand + log calls + log store visits per contact/account (and usually these logs go in notes under each contact/account). Is there an easy way to run a report entering the name of the brand (key word) to get a list of all activity for said key word/brand for the past month?
