SalesIQ : Automatically clear all HTML formatting when pasted into the chat replies field (Markdown) or Disable Markdown option?

Hello,

Is it possible to Configure the chat reply field to automatically remove all HTML formatting when content is pasted, leaving only plain text or Disable Markdown option?

Users should still be able to apply Markdown formatting (WYSIWYG) after the text has been pasted.

The pasted content should have all formatting removed while preserving line breaks (\n).

For example, HTML elements such as headings (H1, H3), hyperlinks, and other formatting tags should be stripped out.

This is needed because SalesIQ Chat is currently displaying pasted content with HTML formatting applied, such as H1 headings and other HTML styles, which affects the readability and consistency of chat messages.

Another example that I really dislike is when I want to type ----------- to underline text, but it gets automatically converted into a short horizontal line (---) instead.

For example, if the clipboard contains the following HTML:

<span><h1>Test</h1><br><br><div>Hello world</div></span>

The result:
