Same Form in different tab

Same Form in different tab

Hi..Zoho Creator Experts;

Is it possible ( I tried but did not figured it out) to use the same form (eg. form1) in different tab in customization.

In other words,

I have Form1 and Form1 view.  I created couple of tabs in customization. example,  tab1 and tab2 for data entry. Now I want to use the same form1 in both tab. OR form under tab1 can enter the data and it goes to same database which ever fields apply to it other fields are hidden. form under tab2 can enter the data and it also goes to same database which ever fields apply to it non used fileds are hidden.

any thoughts please ?
