We'd really like to poll/ survey our clients and get their feedback but we want to the survey to be quick and painless for our clients so to speed them past questions that are not applicable we need the choices they make to 'force' them to different forms i.e.

* if choice 1 = A then go to form 2
* if choice 1= B then go to form 5
(managed wizard interface for data collection)

If someone on the Zoho staff could be so kind as to provide just a sample application that would do this we'd be most grateful!
