Sample app won't install

Sample app won't install

I am trying to install the Product Catalog app in Creator but can't get past the "Setting Up Application" message.   I have tried this in 4 different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Brave) but the same thing happens.  The last thing I've tried is installing it in a private window in Firefox.  I got this error from the Console:
