Schedule not sending out at the stipulated time

Hi,

I have a schedule that is supposed to send out birthday wish email to my members on the actual birthday @ 00:00 hr.

However, I noticed the email will only be send out at 11pm, 23 hour after the actual stipulated timing.

Please look into the matter.

My time zone is Singapore.
