Scheduled Email

I have a database that is for evaluating employees. Each job that they do is "graded" by another person down the line. In the past we have had a sheet of paper that was filled out, and scanned into a PDF. Then once a week we emailed everyone in the department all of the PDFs, whether or not they were their own or someone elses. I have now put this into a Creator database, and would still like to send out weekly emails to everyone with the PDFs. First, is it possible to schedule emails in Creator? Second, can it pull from a database of only new evaluations that have been created in X amount of days/hrs? If this is not an option, can I have Creator send an email of all the information that has been put in the form? Thanks, and I hope I have posted this in the correct forum.
