I have a schedule set to daily count the age of a record. This worked fine, until my users complained that the ages were wrong. On looking at the application, I indeed noticed that most entries after the beginning of 2012 were still aged 0, even though they were quite a few days in the system.
When I looked at the schedule to see what the problem was, I saw it was disabled. I can definitely say I never disabled it, so what happened? This is making me look bad through no fault of my own, and from what I see in the forums, it looks like I'm not the only one.
Get this sorted.
