Scripting

Not sure about how to script this so any help would be greatly appreciated...

I have created a new form for tracking our basketball program called Player_Form. The primary field is a drop down box called Player_Name. Is there a way to click on a different player name and have all fields (Home_address, Home_Phone, etc.) update automatically?

Very new with Zoho, but I really like what I see...
