Scrolling Page Clicks on call list

Can you guys take a minute or two and update your code to add the same "arrow scrolls" that are at the bottom of the page of call lists follow ups to the top of the page as well?  It is a simple fix and just a little annoying to scroll down everytime I want to click through to the next page.  And then when the next page comes up after i click though, it puts me on the bottom of the page but it should actually default me back to the top.  If you could make that small adjustment as well that would be awesome.  The fewer the clicks and less scrolling the better.
