search options are now limited - NO GOOD -

I found that the search options now are limited. Before the upgrade I was able to select "Contains" as a search option, which a prefer over any other search options. Now the field "website" is limited to the search options: Is, Is Not, Is Empty, Is not Empty. Before I was able to type in just the partial webite name such as "memb" and I can find all the websites matching the word "memb" by selecting the "Cointains" search option. Now I have to type in the whole website address, which doesn't make any sense. The same situation happen for the fields "Image" and "File Upload", and maybe other field types as well.

Take a look of the following link and click on "Search" and see the column called "website" to see what I'm talking about:

I hope this is only a glitch and not a defenite thing. I suggest that all the fields have the same search options including "Contains".
