Security of creator databases

Hi,

Just dicovered ZOHO and I am so impressed so far. I'm evaluating creator to use in a healthcare setting. Given the field I work in, security of information is so important. I couldn't find a blogg post/information page outlining your security (and back-up arrangements) at server side is and how private is our information going to be.
Is there any official information from Zoho about this.
