Seeing Campaign Member Status in Lead View
Our callers use custom lead views which are filtered by Campaign and other criteria. They have everything they need to make the call, except Campaign Member Status. Currently they have to open the lead, scroll to the bottom of the lead screen to see what the campaign member status is before they make the call.
Is there a way that we can add Campaign Member Status to the custom lead view? I am able to filter by campaign but none of the other campaign fields are available to add to the view. If we can't include it in the lead view, can we take the information in Campaign Member Status and automatically sync it to a different custom field that we CAN include in the lead view?
Any ideas that can help us speed up this process would be appreciated.
