Send email notification only when status = closed

Hi again

At the moment I am working on getting my e-mail notification to work as I would like it to.

I would like to send a notification when a request is set to status "closed". How can I do this!

I have tried but I am doing something wrong. Pls. take a look at the screen dumb.
