I have a scenario that I am automating using Pabbly-

"When 'Lead Status' is updated to a particular value in Zoho CRM, I want to send an email to that respective lead."

The approach I am using currently is -

"I checked for respective updates in the zoho CRM 'Lead Status' field and then filter the record to check if the 'Lead status' is from one of the values expected using Filters action in Pabbly. Now I try to access Send email button on that respective lead page. Attaching a screenshot for this."

Problem - 

"I observed that this action is not supported by Zapier or Pabbly directly. So I went through the API documentation for Zoho

However, this seems to be not possible because there is no integration with any other app but the action resides in Zoho CRM itself. And tokens can not be generated for Web-based applications.

However this is my understanding, I am not sure if I am missing anything here.

I would appreciate any input on this.
