in our CRM we are not using leads tab , becouse we use crm to add customer directly. So we have one tab CONTACTS were we are recording all the data of the customer and the email also.

 What we need is to send mail to customer directly from this tab. But we don't have any options for this, like we can see in lead tab i.e.

Please can someone help to solve this problem?
