I've got a form in which I add one different invoice (Image) per record, with a little description an a field called "Sent"

I'd like the system to send a mail, to a unique mail recipient, if the field "Sent" is "No" and, after sending the mail, change the field to "Yes"

That's what I did but does not work

Where I'm wrong?
